Improving Office Productivity

Do you ever feel like you’re not being quite as productive as you could be at the office?  The truth is, there are several physical factors which contribute to how focused you are in any environment.  For example, fresh air is an important factor, as increasing the flow of fresh oxygen to your brain will improve your focus and cause you to function better.  Consider a portable air purifier for your desk, office, or cubicle, you might also think about a green plant to oxidize the air.  Another important factor is light; studies have shown that people feel less productive in dimmer areas, so ensure that you have plenty of light to keep you on track.

You can also help your focus by improving your lifestyle outside the office.  Eat a healthy breakfast, get at least seven hours of sleep, and exercise regularly.

Addressing a Musty Gamer Room

Gaming is the hottest, coolest, and most time consuming trend these days, with game sales each year having overtaken other media like CDs and DVDs.  However, with the amount of time that gamers invest in their games, it’s not always easy to keep up with cleaning the home.  To remove those musty smells that permeate from a gamer room, consider an indoor air purifier; it will remove the smell and ensure it doesn’t come back.  If the room has dishes in it especially, ensure those make it to the kitchen sink daily.  Other than water, all other substances will begin to give off odor, or attract unwanted pests like ants and earwigs.  Adding a growing plant to will help to oxidize the room and provide fresh air.

Through these changes, your gamer room won’t be quite so musty, and you won’t be ashamed to invite guests over for LAN parties and other events!
